Step 1

For preparing healthy green papaya salad, grind garlic, shallots, red chillies and salt to a fine paste. Keep it aside.

Step 2

In a bowl add in the beans, tomatoes, fish sauce, powdered peanuts, sugar, olive oil, papaya, lime juice and the ground mixture. Mix well.

Step 3

Healthy green papaya salad is ready.
