Step 1

For preparing healthy oats and egg scramble, heat oil and fry onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies till the onions turn light brown in colour.

Step 2

Add the grated coconut and stir for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Then add eggs, salt, pepper powder and garam masala. Stir till almost cooked.

Step 4

Then put in the oats and stir continuously till dry.

Step 5

Healthy oats and egg scramble, is ready. Serve hot with bread for breakfast.
