Step 1

For preparing healthy pistachio milk, cook the pistachios in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain it and allow it to cool.

Step 2

Grind it with 1/4 cup of water to make a paste.

Step 3

Pour 3 cups of water to this paste and strain it using a cloth.

Step 4

Again pour 2 cups of water to the remnants, grind it again and strain it.

Step 5

Add milk, sugar and rose water to the filtered pistachio milk. Stir it well.

Step 6

Healthy pistachio milk is ready. Serve it chilled.
