Step 1

For preparing healthy pork and broccoli soup, cook the broccoli in a vessel with salt water. Drain it and then dip it in cold water. Drain it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat the dalda in a vessel, add onion, carrot, rice and pork. Allow it to cook in salt water.

Step 3

In another pan mix in corn flour, milk and pork stock. Allow it to simmer, mixing it continuously until done.

Step 4

Then add in the broccoli, corn and pepper. Allow it to simmer till the rice is cooked.

Step 5

Healthy pork and broccoli soup is ready. Serve hot.
