Step 1

For preparing healthy prawn salad, cook the soya beans in the pressure cooker. Drain it and put it in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix in the rice, celery, lime juice, mint leaves and prawns. Mix well.

Step 3

Add in soy sauce and pepper. Toss it well.

Step 4

Healthy prawn salad is ready.
