Step 1

For preparing healthy sprouted salad, steam the sprouted green gram for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Mix all the other ingredients to the sprouted green gram: tomato, onion, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder, curry leaves, lemon juice and required salt.

Step 3

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Step 4

Healthy and protein rich sprout salad is ready. You can serve it as an evening snack for kids.
