Step 1 Home Made Potato Chips Recipe

Step 1

Slice the peeled potatoes in thin round shapes. Place the potato slices in cold water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water completely and pat dry the potato slices on tissue paper.

Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the potato slices till it turns crisp and slightly brown colour. Add chat masala and salt before transferring to a serving plate.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
