Slice onion and shallot in to small pieces.
Heat a pan add oil to it and when it gets hot add onion, shallot, ginger garlic paste and green chilly, curry leaves to it .
When it gets brown add the powders.
Sauté it for 3 minutes and add little water to it.
Then add brain to it.
Stir well and close the pan.
Allow it to get cooked.
When it gets cooked transfer to the serving dish.
It will take 30 minutes to cook.
