Ingredients

2 Potato peeled and sliced
3-4 Cornflour
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
Oil for frying

For Base Sauce :

2 Sliced Spring Onions
1 sliced Capsicum,
1 tblsp Garlic
3 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 tblsp Honey
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Oil

Instructions

sliced potatoes and keep aside
In a bowl add corn flour and salt , red chili powder and mix potato
Deep fry potatoes and keep aside
For sauce : in a pan add oil, garlic paste, spring onions. Saute for 1 minute.
Add capsicum, honey , salt, soya sauce, chili sauce and saute well
Add fried potatoes and sesame seed and mix well
