Remove the skin from chicken, wash well and drain.
Prick the chicken with fork all over.
Rub 5 spice powder, salt, sugar and pepper well into the flesh.
Then mix with soy sauces, honey and oil to marinate for 1 hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 220 centigrade.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Take it out again and apply the marinade to the chicken legs. Return to the grill for another 15 minutes.
Five minutes before finishing, remove the chicken and brush again with the marinade for the final glaze. 9)Put it back to the grill.
