  • How to make Chicken biriyani (kerala style)
    Chicken 1 Kg
    Biriyani rice 1Kg
    Onion 1/2 kg
    Tomato 1/2 Kg
    Green Chilly 5 no.
    Ginger 1 piece
    Garlic 8 no.
    Chilly powder 1 table spoon
    Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
    Cilantro required amt
    pudina required amt
    Ghee 4 table spoon
    Coconut oil 3 teaspoon
    Garam masala 1 teaspoon
    dry fruits 1 table spoon
    Water 4 ltr
    Salt required amt


Step 1

Chop 1 onion.
Pore the coconut oil and 1 table spoon ghee to the pressure cooker.
Add the chopped onion and fry.
Then add the rice and water.
Add salt to taste.
Put the weight of cooker and wait for visil.
When one visil has come, wait for some time and then off the stove.
Chop the remaining onion and tomato.
Make a paste of garlic,ginger,green chilly,Cilantro,pudina
fry the chicken in coconut oil.
then add onion,tomato and the paste to the remining oil and fry.
Mix the masala with fried chicken.
pore some ghee and garam masala also some curd.
Dont forget to add salt.
the mix the rice with it.
fry dry fruits in ghee and garnish your biriyani with it.
