For preparing Irish Stew in Indianstyle, first add 1 tbsp butter/oil each to a frying pan.
Add meat in chunks and fry adding pepper and corn flour after a minute. Fry them until brown. Add the garlic cloves too.
Cook them in a pressure cooker until soft adding required salt too.
SautT the potato and onion in the same butter oil combination.
Add to the cooked meat. Pressure cook or open cook until potatoes' are done, adding half cup more hot water.
Irish stew cooked in Indian style is ready. Serve with Bread/Appam.
