Stir fried beef strips with mushrooms, red and green peppers

Step 1

Cut the beef into thin strips and cook them in water with salt, soya sauce and drain them.

Step 2

Put the drained noodles into a deep bowl and add cooked beef strips.

Step 3

Heat a little oil in a wok, add sliced onions, garlic and stir fry.

Step 4

Add the mushrooms and stir fry till cooked.

Step 5

Slide in the red and green capsicum, sliced spring onions and minced garlic and fry till they are soft.

Step 6

Add the glass noodles, beef strips, salt, soya sauce, pepper and combine the mixture gently.

Step 7

Adjust the seasoning and transfer on a flat platter, sprinkle sesame seeds.

Step 8
