Step 1

For preparing jaggery dosa, soak raw rice, beaten rice and fenugreek seeds together in water for one hour.

Step 2

Grind the soaked raw rice, beaten rice and fenugreek seeds with jaggery, grated coconut and required water to a fine paste. Put the paste in a bowl.

Step 3

Into the batter add in salt and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Step 4

Heat a dosa frying pan, pour a ladle full of the batter on the pan and spread it in a round shape. Allow it to cook on low flame on both the sides. Drizzle a little oil on the dosa.

Step 5

Jaggery dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with ghee or butter.
