Step 1

Remove the unwanted stuff from the fish. Have each of them single pieces.

Step 2

:- Don`t cut into pieces.

Step 3

Make some cuttings in the front and back of the fish using knife so that the fish soaks it and properly gets marinated.

Step 4

Clean it. Remove the water from the fish.

Step 5

Add salt, lime water to the dressed fish. Keep it for around 10 mins.

Step 6

Mix togther in a separate bowl, red chili (pepper) powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and garlic paste.

Step 7

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Heat it properly.

Step 8

Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 9

Add curry leaves.

Step 10

Add the above paste which has already been prepared.

Step 11

Add salt. Stir well.

Step 12

Fry it for 3 - 4 mins.

Step 13

Add this paste to the fish (one by one).

Step 14

Keep the microwave oven bowl on the table. Keep one fish on it.

Step 15

Put some mint leaves on it and some green chillies.

Step 16

Keep one more fish on top of it.

Step 17

Keep the oven bowl inside refrigerator for 10 mins so that it gets marinated properly.

Step 18

Place some sliced tomatoes on top of it ie fully cover the fish using sliced tomatoes.

Step 19

Put it into the microwave and set the timer for 13 mins (depending on the temperature, where the rice takes 18 mins to be cooked).

Step 20

:- Serve for 2 persons.
