Jam Stuffed Bun
this is simple and easy snack for kids. its very easy to do, this jam stuffed with bun brfore baking. this is tasty and we can add any jam as per our tasty and availability. this bake with few mins because jam should not come out side. kids special .
Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 tsp Yeast
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp butter/ oil
- 1/2 cup Jam
Instructions
- In bowl add sugar , yeast and warm mlik and rest 10 mins
- Low 1 hour and divide equal portion
- Now take one dough and stuff jam and cover jam with dough and make ball shape without any cracks
- Now place all in baking tray and allow 1 hour and its rise
- Now preheat oven brush milk top of dough and bake for 15 in 180 degree
- Now its ready to serve hot jam stuffed bun
