Mix the whole of white rice, half a coconut pulp, perumjeerakam and grind with three cups of water.
Blend this grinded mixture with the pathiri podi and make it to tight dough.
Round this into small small pieces and flatten. Steam these pieces.
Fry the remaining half of coconut pulp in a pan. Grind the fried coconut with enough of water. 5) In a cooker firstly heat some oil, then add onion ,after it turns brown add tomato and chilly.6) Add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder & pepper powder. 7) Add the meat stock and cook it fully.
To this add the grinded coconut and cook it for five minutes.9) In a nonstick cooker after heating a little of oil sandwich the beef curry and steamed pathiri pieces and cook well .
Add some pathiri above it the masala part,just like that.
