Step 1

Clean the mussels and boil it in hot water to open the shell.

Grind the ingredients 3-7 and mix it with rice flour and hot water to make smooth dough.

Take a small portion of this dough and fill it inside each mussel shells with the mussel in it.

Steam cook the filled mussel shell for 15-20 minutes and remove the shells.

Mix the ingredients for marination and cover the steam cooked mussel in it.

Step 6

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the marinated mussels in it, 3-4 at a time.

Step 7

Serve it as an evening snack.
