Step 1

Clean mussels (check the video).

Step 2

Mix Turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, coconut oil and little water. Apply to kallummakaya and Keep it for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat the oil with coconut oil in a flat pan.

Step 4

When it is hot enough add the mussels and fry it. When one side is cooked enough flip it.

Step 5

Fry the mussels until it is little cripsy.

Step 6

Enjoy the Kallumakkaya Fry
