in a bowl add roasted gram powder, salt, red chilli powder, maida, corn flour, cumin seed and water and mix well
add turmeric powder and rice flour and mix well
make as a fine batter
heat the oil in a pan, add the batter through spatula and fry it
add curry leaves and fry it
