Step 1

For preparing kashmiri mushroom soup, saute onion in oil.

Step 2

Add garlic paste, ginger paste, mushroom, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala.

Step 3

Add tomato and water. Boil well.

Step 4

Remove from flame and allow to cool.

Step 5

Grind it well.

Step 6

Heat the mixture again. Add sugar, lime juice and salt.

Step 7

Add cornflour and little water.

Step 8

When done, add butter on top.

Step 9

Add coriander leaves and decorate.
