Step 1

For preparing keema paratha stuffing, fry ginger and garlic in ghee. Add the minced meat, salt, garam masala and chilly powder. Mix well.

Step 2

Add tomatoes and cook on low heat till the ghee and the masala separates. Allow the mince to cook well.

Step 3

Mix in onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well and allow it to cook till the water drains completely.

Step 4

Keema paratha stuffing is ready. Use as a stuffing for parathas.
