Keerai mandi is an delightful recipe of chettinad. Mandi is nothing but the thick stock found in the under water when you soak the rice. This recipe is prepared by sparing that stock which is very healthy. When you don't get the stock we can take rice flour and dilute it as a substitute.   • any greens 2 cups
    mandi or diluted rice flour 1/2 cup
    red chilli 2
    cumin 1/2 sp
    fenu grek 1/4 sp
    shallots 1/2 cup
    salt to taste

in oil saute mustard, cumin, red chilli , fenu greek , onion and greens
