Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Pottukadala and sugar should be sieved well after powdering.

Step 2

:- The measurement is written for the quantity after it has been sieved.

Step 3

Mix together the powdered ingredients with sauteed cashews.

Step 4

Divide the mix into 3 equal parts.

4)Pour equal quantity of ghee into each portion and make small balls out of it.

Step 5

If you feel ladoos are too loose, then add some more ghee to the mix.

Step 6

Tips:- Make sure to divide the mix, this will help to concentrate on small quantity at a time and the mix won`t soak up the ghee.
