Grind all the masala ingredients to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute the masala paste.
Add tomato puree, salt and cooked vegetables and cook again for 2 mins.
Add coconut milk.
:- Don`t let it boil after adding coconut milk. If you want to avoid coconut milk, you can use water to make gravy.
Garnish with coriander leaves, cashew nuts and raisins.
:- Serve hot with Chapathi, Roti or Naan.
