Step 1

Cut the drumstick pieces into two and using a spoon, take the fleshy part from it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Mix together the drumstick¦s fleshy part, chopped green chillies, chopped small onions or onions, chopped garlic, grated coconut, powdered cumin seeds, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 4

Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 5

Add the kept aside mixture and mix well.

Step 6

Cover and cook on a low flame, till done.

Step 7

When it gets cooked, remove the lid and mix well.

Step 8

Continue cooking till done on a low flame.
