For preparing kerala pizza, cook chicken pieces with pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and 1/2 cup of water till the water evaporates.
Chop the chicken.
SautT the chicken with capsicum, butter and olive oil till it turns light brown in colour. Remove from the flame and keep it aside.
Prepare a batter by mixing together maida, egg, sugar, milk, baking powder, butter, salt and a little water.
Pour a ladle full of batter on a frying pan and spread it. Add a little butter.
When holes starts to appear on the pan cake, spread 3 tsp of chicken filling on top of it.
Spread grated cheese.
Turn the pan cake and remove it from the flame after 2 minutes.
Kerala pizza is ready. Serve hot with any sauce.
