This is an awesome recipe. I agree with Leena that the chilli powder has to be reduced drastically. I cooked 2 kgs of pork but used only 3 tbs of chilli powder even than it was spicy. I also added 3 large potatoes cut and into large cubes and par boiled on slightly salted water and add to the curry after you have added the meat, spices, water etc. Then you cover a simmer till pork and pots are cooked. It came out very well. Keep the good old recipes coming. Well done !!!

I rated this excellent although I have not yet cooked it. I have all the ingredients ready and shall be commencing soon. The reviews have been very good. I have a feeling that Edward does not have the stomach for this recipe, that why he has rated this with just 2 stars when the majority have 5 star ratings.

Excellent.... the recipe can`t be better than this. Hey Edwards, if you do not have a pressure cooker, cook in an open pot until done. It`s that simple.

Why average? What does one do if you do not have a pressure cooker? I think it might be great if someone could tell me how to cook this without a pressure cooker.

BanoIf you dont have a pressure cooker, all you need to do it boil the pork separately in a pot for about 20 mins. It will be approximately the same consistency. If the pork is not completely done, you can always cook it longer in the masala until it is cooked. Hope this works!

curry was very good. but i reduced the amount of chilly powder to 2tsp and it was still spicy. 2 tbsp of chilly powder is too much for one`s digestive system.
