English: Mustard Seeds

Boil eggs and make slits using a knife and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add onions and saute, till they become tender.
Add masala, chilly powder, tomato ketchup and salt.
Add little water and mix well.
Cook for 5 mins or until gravy becomes thick.
Add eggs and mix well.
:- Serve with appam, chappathis, idiappams etc.
A life saver for singles and working couples.
This is one of the most easiest way of making egg curry...simply superb....!!!!

I added a bit ginger and garlic .. it tasted gr8 .. and mixing small amount of corn starch in warm water will give thicker gravy ...
Try adding 3-4 tbsp of milk . it will be even tastier...yummmm
