The rice flour makes the banana fry hard.It is best to use just maida, no wheat flour, no rice flour

Nethrapazham is banana and not plantains. Wheat flour with a little sugar added is a good substitute for rice and maida flour, but is best served warm.

Arun Nenthrapazham is Horn Banana

Its good but have to add sugar as well. A pinch of salt with more sugar will be excellent.

Adding Sugar will help you to increase the taste , adding a little bit baking soda will helps to become some more taste. ??
