Cook Pumpkin with 1/2 cup of water chilly and salt.

Cook vanpayer with 1/2 cup of water.Beans should not overcook as it retains it shape.

Add the cooked beans to cooked pumpkin and mix well.Boil for 2 minutes.

Add coconut milk,curry leaves and mix .

Boil for 2 minutes.Add little coconut oil and serve.

Notes :

Do not over boil.
