Good recipe..varatharacha curry means some roasted coconut or roasted spices. Instead of kudampuli try tamarind.

The meaning of varutharacha is something you fry and blend as a mixture or so. In this case nothing like coconut or some coriander or red chilly is mixed. I do not find it as a varutharacha meen curry. It is a simple curry.

This is not varutharacha curry

Varutha aracha meen curry means we add fried coconut or fried grated coconut anything like that, but here u didnt mention anything so how come its varutharacha meencurry...its just a fish curry.

very tasty

This recipe is too gud, easy to make and very yummy.. Everyone should try this out...

Easy and yummy!!! The fenugreek addition in the last stage totally changed the taste of the curry. It was fun cooking and thanks a lot for sharing.
