Step 1

Take a medium size non stick pan.

Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in it.

Step 3

Add cashewnuts & raisins & fry for 1 min.

Step 4

Add the rava and fry again for 1 min.

Step 5

Reduce the flame completely & then add hot water, elaichi powder & food colour and keep stirring for 3-4 mins on medium flame.

Step 6

When the rava gets almost cooked, add sugar and stir again.

Step 7

:- Make sure that lumps are are not formed.

Step 8

Add the remaining ghee and stir again.

Step 9

Cover the pan and cook on reduced flame for 3 - 4 mins.

Step 10

:- Serve hot.

This is a awesome recepie. Especially for bachelors i would suggest this. But remember to add less ghee in it because we are bachelors. Have to get married right :) Make it like how Memi Made and Enjoy it!! Thanks Memi. Praveen
