Step 1

For preparing kid`s ragi-maida dosa, in a large bowl, mix in ragi powder, maida and required salt.

Step 2

Make a well in the center, pour in the milk and required water. Mix until it becomes a very smooth lump free batter.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan over medium high flame and pour a ladle of the ragi-maida batter.

Step 4

Make it round like a dosa and allow it to become brown on both the sides. Drizzle a little melted butter around it.

Step 5

Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Step 6

Kid`s ragi-maida dosa`s are ready. Serve hot with jam.
