For preparing kiwi fruit dessert, mix orange juice, lime juice and red grape juice. Keep it aside.
Peel the kiwi and cut it into very thin slices.
Place the kiwi slices in a shallow serving dish and pour the juice mixture over it. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it in the fridge overnight.
When it is chilled, whip the cream with ground ginger until it is thick and can stand up in small peaks.
Kiwi fruit dessert is ready. Sprinkle pistachios over the kiwi fruit mixture and serve immediately with whipped ginger cream.
