Step 1

For preparing kongan pathiri, soak the rice in water for 8 hrs.

Step 2

Grind it well in a mixer grinder without adding much water.

Step 3

Add the 2 to 4 ingredients to it and grind it well.

Step 4

Take some of the made dough in hand and press it in a banana leaf.

Step 5

Fry it in oil.

Step 6

Kongan pathiri, a tasty recipe is ready.
