Step 1

Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Cook with turmeric powder, salt and water.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 4

Pour into the cooked koorkka. Serve hot with rice.
