Step 1

For preparing kuzhi paniyaram, soak pachari in water, drain and powder it.

Step 2

Melt jaggery in boiling water.

Step 3

Grind banana and pappadam in mixer.

Step 4

Fry coconut pieces in ghee.

Step 5

Mix all ingredients and knead well.

Step 6

Keep aside for 6 hours.

Step 7

Heat oil and pour 1 spoon of the mixture in it and fry both sides.

Step 8

Kuzhi paniyaram is ready.
