First fry all the masala ingredients except dry mango powder and salt in oil : coconut, red chilly, green chilly, coriander powder and garam masala.
Shallow fry the mixture.
Stuff the mixture inside ladies finger.
Heat oil in the same pan, place the ladies finger in row and fry it.
Sprinkle mango powder before removing from the pan.
