Cut the ladies finger into 2 inch size. 2)Add turmeric powder, salt and very little water to partially cook veggies.
Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil. 4)Transfer the partially cooked ladies finger to the pan.
Sprinkle the pepper powder over the ladies finger.
Let it fry for 5 minutes and then turn (flip) the ladies finger to the other side.
Let it fry for a couple more minutes.
:- The hot Crispy fry is ready!!
Will be more tasty if you fry it along with some small onions.
