Step 1

For preparing ladies finger/vendakka fry, first chop vegetable into small round shapes.

Step 2

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies. Fry for few seconds.

Step 3

Add ladies finger, turmeric and salt.

Step 4

Fry well. Do not add water into it.

Step 5

Cover with lid and cook.

Step 6

Stir in between.

Step 7

Ladies finger/vendakka fry is ready.
