Step 1

For preparing lamb in veggie soup, boil water in a vessel with lamb and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Remove the lamb pieces and shred it. Keep it aside.

Step 3

In the same lamb stock, add in cubed potato, spring onion, cubed carrot, onion, cabbage, soup cube, garlic, pepper powder and thyme. Allow it to boil on low flame till the veggies cook.

Step 4

Then add in the shredded lamb and allow it to boil on low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.

Step 6

Lamb in veggie soup is ready. Serve hot.
