Ingredients

  • Steamed rice 1 cup
    Onion 1 no.
    Green chili 1 no.
    Carrot ¼ cup
    Beans ¼ cup
    Cabbage ¼ cup
    Capsicum ¼ cup
    Grated paneer ½ cup
    Salt to taste
    Red chilli powder ½ tsp
    Garam masala ½ tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage

in a pan heat the oil, add onion and green chilli and saute it until onion turn into golden brown

add carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and mix well

add salt, red chilli powder, and cumin seed powder and mix well

add ginger garlic paste and mix it and allow to fry for 10 minutes in medium flame
