Step 1

For preparing liver vattichathu, take a pressure cooker, add liver pieces, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water. Cook it.

Step 2

Heat coconut oil in a vessel. Fry small onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves.

Step 3

Then add the tomatoes to it and fry again.

Step 4

When the oil separates, add the cooked liver, pepper powder and coriander leaves to it. Remove it from the flame.

Step 5

Liver vattichathu is ready. Serve hot with bread, pathiri, ceylon paratha, chapatti etc.
