Ingredients

  • Mutton liver 1/4 kg
    perumjeerakam 1 tsp
    cinnamon 3 pieces
    clove 2
    cardamom 2
    green chilly 4
    pepper 4
    onion 1
    tomato 1
    ginger 1 inch piece
    garlic 4 cloves
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    coriander powder 1 tsp
    salt to taste

Clean the mutton liver

Heat a kadai and add oil when its hot. then add the onion ,ginger ,garlic

Sauté it well and then add the spices (perumjeerakam ,cinnamon, cardamom ,clove,pepper)

Stir well and then add tomato and green chilly to it.

When its saute well

Add little of pudina leaves and coriander leaves to it.

Stir well and add turmeric powder, salt ,coriander powder

Mix it well

Add liver to it

Add little water to it and close the pan for 10 minutes and let it cooked

Then add the coriander leaves and off the flame.
