Ingredients

  • Raw mango 1 no.
    Red chili 2 no.
    Coconut 2 tbsp
    coriander seed 1/5 tsp
    cumin seed 1/5 tsp
    roasted gram 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    asafoetida 1 pinch
    oil 2 tbsp
    mustard 1/4 tsp
    turmeric powder 1/5 tsp

peel the skin of mango and chop it

In a blender add red chili, coconut, roasted gram, coriander seed, and cumin seed and grined it by adding little water

heat the oil in a kadai and temper the mustard, asafoetida and add raw mango and salt and mix it

add grinded paste and turmeric powder and mix well

add 1/2 glass of water and allow to cook for 10 minutes in a low flame
