Step 1

Boil the macaronis with a little turmeric and salt.

Step 2

Cook and drain it well. Set it aside for half an hour.

Step 3

Heat oil in a kadai or wide pan.

Step 4

Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 5

Add the onions and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 6

Once the paste and onions are nicely mixed and turns yellow, add the chilles and curry leaves and fry well.

Step 7

Add the the chilly powder and mix well.

Step 8

Add the macaroni and mix it along with the rest of the mix.

Step 9

Let it cook for 5 mins well.

Step 10

Add salt and coriander leaves.

Step 11

:- Serve hot with ketchup or a dollop of curd.

Step 12

:- Bon appetite!
