Ingredients

  • Maize 2 cup
    idly rice 1cup
    Urad dal 1 cup
    Salt to taste

Soak Rice and Maize in water for 4 hours

add soaked urad dal and grind it as idly batter and allow to get ferment

now add salt, mix well and prepare idly in idly steamer
