Take a blender and add the coconut, shallots and cumin seeds to it.
Grind it slightly
Meanwhile boil water using salt
When it boils add the mixture of coconut to it .
Then add the rice flour to it and mix well
Then off the flame and close it for 5 minutes
Then start mixing using hands before it becomes cool.
Divide it to small dough
Make it to small balls
Take a ball and make it flatten by using hands .Repeat same and make pathiri with all balls
Then heat a pan and when its hot add oil to it
Then place pathiri in it
cook both the sides
Then transfer it to a casserole
Serve hot along with beef curry or chicken curry
