Take the cleaned prawns in a bowl and keep it aside.
Then heat a pan and add 1 tsp of oil and to that add coconut ,8 shallots , 1 garlic, perumjeerakam, cumin seeds and curry leaves 1 sprig.
Stir well until it becomes brown, then off the flame and keep it to cool.
Heat a kadai and add oil to it, when its hot add yellow mustard .
When it change its color and it splutters add the sliced shallots, sliced garlic, ginger .
saute it well and when its brown add green chilly.
Then add tomato
Saute it well.
Mean while take the coconut mix in to a blender.
Add some water to it
Grind it well.
Then add red chilly flakes, turmeric powder and coriander powder to the kadai.
Mix it well
stir for 2 minutes and then add the prawns to it
Mix it well.
Add 1 cup of water to it.Then close the kadai for 2 to 3 minutes .
Then add curry leaves and salt to it.
Wait for 5 minutes and when the prawns get cooked.
Add the grinded mixture to it
Mix it well and close the pan and keep in low flame.
Wait for 10 minutes and then off the flame.
Our dish is ready , serve hot.
